Job Description:

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of the menu.

  • Anticipate and address guest needs, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain overall efficiency in service.
  • Process guest payments, handling cash and electronic transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waitress in a hospitality setting.
  • Certificate in hotel or hospitality management.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
